We need Redistributable Package to run insilicoIDE on Windows.

In a case that you are using Windows, if the new version did not work  
properly, it is strongly recommended to remove the older version of  
ISIDE before installing the new version.
To remove the older version, just execute uninstaller in the  
insilicoPlatform folder.

Remark that before uninstalling old version ISIDE, be sure that there  
is no files that you created in the insilicoPlatform folder. Because  
the uninstaller removes the entire folder. If you have some files that  
you want to keep, please copy or move them to another folder.
