insilicoIDE 1.1 has been released

insilicoIDE 1.1 for the physiome project promoted in physiome.jp has been released in which processing speed and some other features are improved.

insilicoIDE 1.1 for supporting multilevel multiscale modeling in the physiome project promoted in physiome.jp has been released. The library to handle XML document is changed to libxml2 from Oracle Berkeley DB XML, which improves the execution speed of the ISIDE.

ISIDE can export ISML models into FreeFEM format (with some limitations).

The default install path on Windows has been changed. Now the installer for windows installs packages to "C:\Program Files\insilicoPlatform" instead of "C:\Program Files\insilicoML Platform".
